Pursuant to the Order No. 59/2023 of the AGH University Rector, the university began introducing the “HR4R Strategy of the AGH University,” i.e. an action plan for the implementation of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers (the Charter) and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (the Code).
Developed for 2023–2025, the strategy includes a detailed action plan with the indication of university bodies and/or organisational units responsible for the implementation of particular activities. Consistent employment of the Strategy will enable the successful implementation of the principles of the Charter and the Code, which will contribute to the improvement of researchers’ working conditions and the development of science at the AGH University.
The “HR4R Strategy of the AGH University” was prepared by the Team for the implementation of the principles of the European Charter of Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers at the AGH University. The Team consists of representatives of all faculties who make key decisions on strategic directions of activities planned for implementation.
The document was submitted to the European Commission for evaluation. This is a key step in the process of applying for the “HR Excellence in Research” award.
